Baer is looking for SAP Time and Labor SME for a 9+ month remote project

Title: SAP Time and Labor SME
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 9 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Overview

The SAP Time and Labor SME will be responsible for supporting and leading end-to-end SAP Time and Labor activities across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, and deployment.

Description

• Lead client workshops and requirement gathering discussions independently
• Own end-to-end solution delivery from design through build and deployment
• Provide expertise in SAP Time and Labor processes and configuration
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solution alignment
• Support testing, cutover, and deployment activities

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP Time Evaluation
• Strong experience with CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Time and Labor
• Ability to independently lead workshops and manage client-facing discussions
• Experience delivering full lifecycle implementations (design through deployment)
• Preferred Skills : Knowledge of SAP HCM & Exposure to SAP Payroll processes and integration
