Position Title: Human Resources and Administrative Generalist
Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
Location: Lexington Park, MD

Objectives:
• Support the Executive Team primarily, and provide additional support to the leadership team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
• Maintain and refine internal processes that support companywide efficiency, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows
• Manage communication with employees on various projects and tasks
• Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
• Initiates support and the implementation of an idea or solution and provides others with assistance for projects and tasks
Specific Duties & Responsibilities Include:
• Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization. Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
• Organize team communications, appreciation and plan events, both internal and off-site
• Coordinate with vendors to design, order and distribute company branded items
• Coordinate with benefits provider when necessary to obtain and update plan information.
• Coordinate with team members to assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee training program development, compliance, and reporting.
• Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
• Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing system and contacts records
• Monitor and alert management of state and federal law alerts for company compliance
• Monitor and track employee adherence to company policy, coordinate with management on trends
• Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
• Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours

• Ability to work autonomously and with a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality for the company and its employees
• Strong time-management skills
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at the same time
• Exhibits strong perseverance and follow-through throughout the full lifecycle of a project or task, from initiation to completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
• Secret Clearance desired with ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance
