RiVidium is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Lead to support our planned MODES III team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role supports Outreach & Engagement Services and helps deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders. Executes PWS C.5.2 stakeholder engagement strategy; coordinates senior leader communications and quantifies engagement impact through analytics reporting. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement planning and coordination in support of MC&FP outreach objectives.
• Support senior leader communications, engagement strategies, and relationship management activities.
• Translate stakeholder feedback and engagement data into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate across communications, content, and analytics teams to support measurable engagement outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Lead (15+ yrs).
• Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting public sector, defense, or mission-focused digital communications programs.
• Familiarity with audience analytics, user-centered design, accessibility, and content performance measurement.
• Experience collaborating across content, design, stakeholder engagement, social media, and campaign teams.

Work Setting

This role is expected to support work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as required. Hybrid support in the Alexandria, Virginia area is expected, with on-site support as required by the customer.
