Position Overview:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up, operate, and maintain audio and visual equipment including microphones, video screens, projectors, monitors, and recording systems for meetings, presentations, training, and teleconferences.
- Test multimedia equipment to ensure safe and proper working condition prior to use.
- Interpret customer requirements and project complexity to determine appropriate resources needed for timely, accurate support.
- Advise customers on proper approach, product type, and methodology; propose alternative approaches and mediums as appropriate.
- Test integrated content on various platforms and networks to ensure quality of viewing, interactivity, and audio/video.
- Review content with customers and appropriate personnel to ensure accuracy, completeness, and correct classification and controls for distribution.

- Associate's + 4 years experience
- Bachelor's + 2 years experience

- Bachelor's + 4 years experience
- Master's + 2 years experience
Senior Level:
- HS/GED + 10 years experience
- Associate's + 8 years experience
- Bachelor's + 6 years experience

- PhD + 2 years experience
