Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all quality assurance activities for Service Central PMO initiatives, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and DIA quality standards
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Assurance Program including quality plans, policies, procedures, and metrics
  • Establish quality gates and acceptance criteria for project deliverables, system releases, and documentation
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments of project processes, deliverables, and contractor performance
  • Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for ServiceNow implementations and system enhancements
  • Oversee functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
  • Review and validate project documentation including requirements, design specifications, and technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness
  • Track and analyze quality metrics, defect trends, and process performance data to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)
• Master's degree in Quality Assurance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
• Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance, quality management, or software testing with at least a portion of experience must be within the last 2 years
Travel Requirements:
  • Travel will be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.
Level of Responsibility:
  • Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.
Level of Supervision Required:
  • The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.
Work Environment:
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.
  • Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing and walking on a frequent basis.
  • This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Salary Range: $90k - $100k

The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding.
For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
