Description:You will be an inspection supervisor for the PAC-3. Our team is responsible for delivering high-performance missile hardware and launch-vehicle systems that meet the toughest quality standards.

As the Inspector Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the inspection effort for PAC-3 missile hardware, ensuring compliance with stringent quality requirements, and driving continuous improvement across the inspection process.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start
High School diploma or GED
3+ years in a production, manufacturing, or inspection environment
Desired Skills:
Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field
Experience in DD250, DD1149 and shipping
Supervision of teams
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
