Description:Responsibilities include:
• Administrative support for Senior Manager in
the Joint Affordability War Room (AWR). The
AWR is a collaborative workspace where F-35
Joint Program Office, Pratt & Whitney and
Lockheed Martin work together. This role is responsible
for coordinating the standard activities that are
derived from the AWR and interfacing with
internal and external personnel from varying
companies, US Services at many levels.
• Manage dynamic multi-disciplinary schedule via
Microsoft Outlook with rapid notification of
schedule changes. The schedule includes office
activities, conference rooms and visitation
schedules.
• Anticipate and coordinate with Program
Manager regularly for near term and long term
staff actions.
• Support front office and staff meeting agenda
coordination. Will attend and take minutes and create action items as required.
• As needed, arrange domestic and international
travel and Prepare expense travel reports.
• Manage multiple audiovisual and
telecommunications devices within the facility.
Basic Qualifications:
-Administrative Assistant experience;
-Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word,
Excel and PowerPoint);
-Experience in managing emails, calendars and
schedules;
-Experience in travel planning and expense
reporting;
-Capable of obtaining a DoD Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
Capable of prioritizing and operating at the next
level of leadership;
Advanced office administration, including
planning, communications, information
distribution;
Advanced user of MS Outlook email and
calendar.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Word, EXCEL,
Power Point; Expert in web-based applications
on desktop and mobile devices;
Manage travel related risks and anticipate
alternate actions;
Demonstrable evidence of working in a diverse
cultural team and customer environment.
Industry certification(s) e.g. CAP = Certified
