The Work:

Enterprise Mission Command and Control (EMC2) is seeking a Business Development Sr Stf to support the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Special Effects (ISR & SE) program. Reporting to the ISR & SE Sr. Manager, the team member will lead growth efforts for multi-domain command and control, intelligence fusion, and targeting products while supporting strategy development and implementation for the greater portfolio.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing thought leadership to support on-contract growth, product development, and capture execution for the portfolio

• Assessing the complex, multi-service customer landscape and developing effective stakeholder engagement plans

• Working with the Sr. Manager, Lockheed Martin Government Affairs (LMGA), Program Team and functional organizations to showcase discriminating solutions to our customers

• Assessing customer requirements and developing compelling narratives around our solutions

• Building and successfully achieving goals that achieve orders and sales goals

• Supporting the development and execution of teaming and other industry partnership strategies

• Collaborating on campaign resource plan development while managing budgets across multiple funding sources

• Support engagements with executive leadership and DoW program leaders for the purpose of building advocacy and obtaining initiative support

• Creating presentations, messaging content, and marketing material to optimally communicate discriminating, affordable, and mission relevant solutions to stakeholders across the customer landscape

• Ability to work flexible hours and travel domestically (25-50%) as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of multi-domain command and control, ISR, and/or effects planning experience

• Active Top Secret clearance required

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience with Capture and/or Business Development

• Ability to understand and interpret customer budgets and requirements, relating them back to campaign strategies

• Ability to interact confidently with peers, executives, and both internal and external stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to organize and motivate teams in pursuit of common objectives in a matrixed collaborative environment

• Strong presentation development and delivery skills

Desired Skills:

• Ability to obtain an SCI clearance

• Knowledge of the US ISR, operational level C2 systems, and enabling all-domain kill chains, US military service stakeholders, adjacent stakeholder landscape, core programs, and enabling technologies

• Familiarity with the LM Win Plan

• Demonstrated ability to form and maintain successful customer relationships

• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task; strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Very strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and tailor material and messages to a variety of audiences

• Team player, positive attitude, bridge builder who can both follow and lead effectively

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
