Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Director of Business Operations to join our team in Oahu, HI .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plans, directs, and coordinates the business operations of the organization by overseeing multiple administrative and financial departments.
- Formulate high-level policies and manage the strategic use of materials and human resources.
- Serve as the final authority for the validation of operational procedures and program-wide resource planning.
- Provides strategic leadership for the Business Operations Lead (BOL) functions and ensures the synchronization of business processes across all ILS2 tasks.
- Approve complex operational workflows and lead the transition from steady-state business activities to contingency surge requirements.
- Provide executive-level reporting on program health and coordinate with mission partners to optimize organizational effectiveness.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field
- 12+ years of position relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration
- Experience as a Program Manager or Director for large-scale federal logistics contracts
Clearance Requirements:
- Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
