Position Summary
ECS is seeking an Enterprise Application Support Manager - SME to support the ARNG ENOCS program by providing expert leadership in managing and overseeing the lifecycle of enterprise applications. The selected candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of application operations and modernization initiatives, aligning with DoD cybersecurity policies and RMF controls. This role is pivotal in driving the continuous improvement and sustainment of enterprise applications, serving as the primary interface with Government leadership to ensure mission objectives are met efficiently and securely.

Position Summary
ECS is seeking an Enterprise Application Support Manager - SME to support the ARNG ENOCS program by providing expert leadership in managing and overseeing the lifecycle of enterprise applications. The selected candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of application operations and modernization initiatives, aligning with DoD cybersecurity policies and RMF controls. This role is pivotal in driving the continuous improvement and sustainment of enterprise applications, serving as the primary interface with Government leadership to ensure mission objectives are met efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities
- Lead the management and oversight of enterprise application lifecycle support, including development, testing, and deployment.
- Direct cloud migration and sustainment activities to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, RMF controls, and DevSecOps practices.
- Implement configuration management standards and performance reporting requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison to Government leadership for enterprise application operations.
- Drive modernization initiatives to align with Zero Trust security frameworks.
- Oversee continuous improvement activities to optimize application functionality and security.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to translate mission objectives into secure, scalable architectures.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: TS//SCI Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity.
- Certified CISSP, CompTIA Security+, and CompTIA Project+.
- Over 23 years of experience in developing and managing enterprise-wide solutions for DoD Agencies.
- Proven track record in implementing DevSecOps frameworks and DoD guidelines.
- Experience as an Enterprise Solution Architect for large-scale programs, such as the $480M SUNet program.
- Demonstrated success in improving deployment cycles and maintaining DoD RMF compliance.
Desired Qualifications
- Clearance: Active TS//SCI preferred
- Experience with containerizing applications and implementing CI/CD pipeline tooling.
- Background in developing classified solutions for U.S. Army and DARPA.
- Experience as a Senior Technical Advisor at the Pentagon.
- Familiarity with DoD 8140 alignment, specifically 802 - IT Project Manager, Advance.
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills with multiple Government stakeholders.
