About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement modern business applications and visualization solutions. This role combines application architecture, software development, systems integration, and data visualization to deliver scalable and user-friendly technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines architecture leadership with hands-on technical experience across SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 administration, and dashboard/visualization development.

Location: Remote. The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, one of the states supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. (No relocation assistance provided.)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions
• Develop modern SharePoint Online applications, sites, workflows, and integrations
• Architect enterprise collaboration and content management solutions
• Define governance, security, and best practices for M365 environments
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online and SharePoint-based applications
• Build custom components using: SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, JavaScript / TypeScript, Power Platform
• Configure document management, workflows, forms, and automation
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft and third-party systems
• Administer SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments
• Design dashboards, reports, and interactive visualization solutions
• Develop reporting solutions using: Power BI, Excel, SharePoint dashboards
• Create business-friendly visualizations and KPI reporting

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint development and administration
• Strong experience with: SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Experience with: JavaScript / TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API
• Strong knowledge of M365 governance, permissions, and security
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and site management
• Microsoft certifications in: SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure
• Experience in enterprise or government environments
• Visualization experience with dashboard and report development
