Work You'll Do

As a Delivery Management Engineer III on the team, you will:
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing solutions to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of healthcare EDI transactions.
  • Apply deep knowledge of X12 EDI standards (270/271, 834, 835, 837) to validate end-to-end data integrity across complex systems.
  • Develop and execute advanced test cases, scripts, and system-level test scenarios within enterprise testing environments.
  • Leverage automation frameworks, including UFT, along with programming and AI-driven tools to optimize test coverage and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support high-quality, scalable software delivery.
  • Support EDI file automation, analyze mapping failures, remediate issues, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Collaborate with business, eligibility, claims, and technical teams to roll out new interfaces, partner onboarding, and compliance upgrades.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Limited Sponsorship is available
  • 6+ years' of experience in enterprise testing, including test case execution, test case/script development, and system test & evaluation.
  • 6+ years' of experience in healthcare EDI transactions (270/271, 834, 835, 837) and associated validation processes.
  • 2+ years' experience in test automation tools and frameworks, with intermediate experience using UFT.
  • 2+ years' experience working in automated testing environments, with the ability to integrate modern automation and AI-driven testing approaches.
  • 10-20% travel
