Job Description
MTSI is seeking to hire a Senior Flight Test Analyst. This position provides support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Test Directorate, Consolidated Flight Test Organization, with a focus on test planning and execution for the Space Based Interceptor program.
The candidate will be responsible for pre-mission analysis, mission execution support, and post-mission data analysis, including:

The candidate will be responsible for pre-mission analysis, mission execution support, and post-mission data analysis, including:
- Supporting the development of post-flight Best-Estimate Trajectories (BETs) for critical trajectory objects by integrating available truth data from telemetry, radar, and optical sources.
- Developing predictions for flight test data collection platforms.
- Performing model and data analysis, including object characterization, Monte Carlo trajectory simulations, and trajectory data fusion to support post-flight test reviews.
- Preparing and presenting pre-flight and post-flight truth data planning and results.
Required Qualification:
- US citizenship and a secret level clearance required
- BA/BS in a field relevant to the position and 7+ years of relevant experience required, 10+ years of relevant experience may be substituted for the BA/BS degree requirement.
- Experience with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Missile Defense System (MDS) designs, system performance, and testing
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, Java, and/or other programming languages
- General knowledge of industry-standard trajectory, radar, and optical prediction codes
- Understanding of waveforms, polarizations, and radar data applications
