Summary
The position will support recruiting efforts nationwide while supporting senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to find qualified candidates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position includes the following duties. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Posts jobs on job sites.
  • Coordinates communication with applicants.
  • Conducts recruitment efforts for all exempt and non-exempt positions for corporate office and contract personnel.
  • Verifies candidates meet position requirements in accordance with contract Performance Work Statements (PWS) and contract requirements.
  • Verifies candidates possess DoD-required certifications when necessary.
  • Schedules phone screens and initial interviews.
  • Maintains Department of Labor compliance concerning recruitment.
  • Communicates with HR staff and Program Managers regarding candidate pipeline progress.
  • Creates a pipeline of active and passive candidates using a variety of sourcing methods such as social networking, professional associations, and professional meetings.
  • Completes necessary pre-employment process including reference and background checks.
  • Files and maintains applicant record for future reference.
  • Coordinates, participates in, sets up, and works job fairs.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university or one year of related experience and/or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully the individual knowledge of Microsoft Office; Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and have the ability to maintain and navigate through electronic applicant files.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Travel

This position may be required to travel up to 10% May include air travel.
