Job Description
OLH Technical Services, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an On-Site Supervisor to join our Team in Martinsburg, WV.
Responsibilities
• The Program Manager will be on-site and the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• The Program Manager and all designated alternates will be able to read, write,speakand understand English.
• The Program Manager will be available by phone or email to the COR between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, and will respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within two (2) hours ofnotification.
• The Program Manager will be an active participantintheworkflow process. They will recommend process improvements that help improve accuracy and cycle time resulting in improved customer service.
• The Program Manager willassistwith quality control and quality assurance.
• The Program Manager will be responsible to cross train staff,coordinate and assign workpriorities, and schedule contract staff to address various inventoryor backloglevels.
Requirements
• The candidate willpossessat leastfive(5)years ofsupervisory experienceworking withISO 9001quality standardssystems (QSS) or equivalent quality system.
