Be part of a fast-paced, high energy, team supporting Strategic Systems Programs Re-Entry Branch on the SLCM-N program as the Senior Staff Administrator. In this position, you will execute the travel plans for the entire SLCM-N staff, submit expense reports, and assist the team in overall administrative management. You will report directly to the Senior Engineering Manager and assist him in any tasks that require administrative support, which require acute attention to detail. The ideal candidate possesses over 10 years of experience supporting senior staff or senior government officials.

There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Leadership Team in all aspects of program operations and strategic initiatives.
- Lead the organization of calendars and scheduling, coordinating meetings and communications with the customer.
- Provide organizational and operational support to the Leadership Team.
- Organize meetings, prepare materials, and record accurate meeting minutes.
- Manage the team's travel schedules, book their travel, and submit their expense reports for all work-related trips.
- Communicate schedules, updates, and events to SLCM-N Staff.
- Work with the leadership team to prepare long range schedules and forecasting tools to track overall resource needs.
- Prepare documents I accordance with the Navy Correspondence Manual for delivery to senior government and military officials.
- This is a part-time role (30 hours/week).
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's (with 5-7 years of experience), Master's degree (with 3-5 years of experience) or a PhD (with 0-2 years of experience). This can be substituted for years of experience.
- Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.
- The ability to work well within a team and the ability to collaborate on projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to author technical documentation
- Professional oral and written communication skills.
- A passion for learning, helping others, sharing team knowledge, and contributing value to the mission in any way possible.
Desired:
- Prior Executive Administrator or Office Manager to senior government or military officials.
