Must have:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the willingness to take a CI polygraph exam
- 12 years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree
- OR a Bachelors in a STEM field and 17 years experience
- OR 21 years of relevant experience
- Able to work on client site in Springfield, Virginia 40 hours a week (no telework)
- Proficient with Python
Required:
- 6+ years of experience as an EO expert with understanding of collection, phenomenology, image formation process, and exploitation products
- Experience exploiting EO to determine the occurrence and location of an OOI
- Experience developing, testing, and evaluating new algorithms, processes, methodologies, and products using EO imagery with tools like Python, MATLAB, Google Earth Engine
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences about the availability and capabilities of EO
- Deep understanding of the principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methods
- Desired: Experience applying CV and machine learning to EO imagery
