You will be the Program Management Sr Mgr for the Enterprise Performance Excellence team. Our team is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, enhancing program performance, and resolving systemic issues across the MFC business area.

As the Program Management Sr Mgr you will be responsible for leading and integrating multiple programs, overseeing enterprise performance processes, and guiding cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
Program Management experience spanning at least two program-lifecycle phases-one of which must be Transition to Production or Production (e.g., Capture, Development, Transition to Production, Production, Sustainment, or International).
Strategic data-centric thinker paired with a proactive "can-do" attitude
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and demonstrated ability to present and communicate effectively to senior leadership
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to form effective relationships with diverse teams to deliver favorable results
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), including working experience with tailored EV (EV Lite)
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Reasonable comfort with some level of ambiguity while maintaining a bias for action
Data-driven decision-maker with intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and/or business-intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Understanding of statistical analyses and demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and concise visual summaries for senior leadership
Understanding of emerging AI technologies and their practical application to boost productivity and generate measurable competitive-advantage gains across the enterprise
Working knowledge of production operations metrics
Knowledge of Corporate and Business Area command media
Knowledge of Lockheed Martin program capture and execution processes
External customer experience
Green Belt / Black Belt
Worked in other functions such as Global Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, etc
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
