You will be the Manufacturing Planner (Staff Level) for the Pike County Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-mix, high-volume aerospace assemblies that power mission-critical systems.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 5 years of professional experience.
Experience with production scheduling, capacity analysis, and material control in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with SAP or an MRP equivalent.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and obtain an interim secret clearance prior to starting.
Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ("ATF") background check to obtain approval to be an "employee possessor" (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of SAP and Apriso WM Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control.
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve material and scheduling challenges.
Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control Manufacturing operations experience.
Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists.
Demonstrated ability to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Demonstrated ability to work well in both a team environment and alone.
Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
Green Belt certified.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

You will be the Manufacturing Planner (Staff Level) for the Pike County Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-mix, high-volume aerospace assemblies that power mission-critical systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner (Staff Level) you will be responsible for driving production efficiency through precise planning and cross-functional coordination.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop expertise in SAP and Apriso to optimize production planning.
- Executing MRP runs across multiple programs to compare inventory levels against order demand, analyzing shortages, excesses, and anomalies.
- Coordinate kit releases and resolve part shortages with the Make Part Controller.
- Perform DD250 Delivery Analyst activities and maintain production planning & control (PP&C) metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide program health information and improve production processes.
