This position is in Orlando. Basic Qualifications:
Degree at the Bachelor level or above or
equivalent combined education / experience
Demonstrated supervision experience in a
manufacturing environment
Strong prioritization, interpersonal, written, and
verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Must be able to work weekly weekend overtime
to complete inspection time cards and perform
weekend rotational overtime to support center
weekend overtime priorities related to inspection
Ability to work 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Desired Skills:
Previous inspection aerospace supervision
experience in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge or experience in engineering drawing
interpretation
Prior compliance / corrective action experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

You will be the Inspection Supervisor Senior for the Inspection Operations Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product compliance, driving inspection excellence, and supporting production quality.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Inspection Supervisor Senior you will be responsible for leading the second-shift inspection crew and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise inspectors, coordinate training, performance assessments, and work assignments.
- Plan and direct daily inspection work, ensuring cross-training and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in internal audits and resolve floor issues with production independently.
- Act as the go-to quality resource, troubleshooting complex inspections and making decisions based on customer requirements.
- Support daily program meetings and maintain ownership of inspection team follow-up.
