Torch Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to support the development, integration, and analysis of tactical missile systems models and simulations on Redstone Arsenal. Candidates should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary engineering team and should possess broad technical knowledge across modeling and simulation, systems engineering, and data analysis, with expertise in one or more focus areas.

Job Duties:

• Integrate vendor-supplied models and simulations into a common simulation framework and scene generation environment.
• Develop new models based on physics and math principles.
• Perform detailed analysis of models and integrated system performance.

Job Requirements:

• US Citizenship.
• B.S. Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, system design and integration, and/or data analysis.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency with MATLAB, C++, Python, Fortran, or other programming languages.
• Demonstrated communicator with experience presenting technical findings and analysis results.
• Experience developing or integrating all-digital simulations and models.
• Experience devising and executing Monte Carlo, statistical, and sensitivity studies.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with IR and/or RF sensor phenomenology and target signatures.
• Knowledge and understanding of verification and validation processes.
