You'll play a key role in designing, upgrading, and supporting enterprise-wide network systems while partnering with teams to strengthen reliability, security, and
performance across mission-critical operations.
From Cisco infrastructure and wireless environments to modernization initiatives and network optimization, this is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys both hands-on
troubleshooting and strategic infrastructure planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and support enterprise-wide network infrastructure across distributed environments
• Administer and maintain Cisco-based network environments including routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure
• Configure and support Cisco IOS devices and enterprise network equipment
• Support and maintain Cisco technologies including Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Cisco Catalyst Center, and Cisco Wireless solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network performance and connectivity issues across enterprise environments
• Analyze existing infrastructure and recommend improvements for scalability, availability, and security
• Support modernization and optimization efforts for mission-critical network systems
• Monitor network health and capacity to ensure strong performance and operational stability
• Participate in network modeling, analysis, and capacity planning initiatives
• Respond to on-call support and emergency network incidents as needed
• Escalate and support resolution of network-related incidents and outages
• Partner with infrastructure and security teams to strengthen network resilience and support operational goals
• On-call and emergency incident support may be required
Required Qualifications
• Experience with Cisco IOS configuration and administration
• Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Cisco Catalyst Center, or Cisco Wireless technologies
• Experience with network modeling, analysis, or capacity planning
• Ability to respond to on-call and emergency incidents and support escalation activities
• Strong troubleshooting skills across enterprise networking environments
• Ability to support mission-critical infrastructure in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED required
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud networking using platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with scripting or automation tools such as Python or Ansible
• Knowledge of datacenter infrastructure and virtualization technologies
• Experience with cloud IaaS networking in AWS or Azure environments
• Experience with F5 load balancing technologies
• Knowledge of firewall and network security technologies
• Experience supporting enterprise modernization or infrastructure transformation initiatives
