IBM TRIRIGA Developer (Agile Environment)
Location: Remote
Experience Level: Mid–Senior (3–10+ years depending on skill area)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled IBM TRIRIGA Developer to support the design, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise applications within a collaborative Agile environment. This role will focus on building and enhancing real estate and facilities management solutions using TRIRIGA, along with supporting technologies such as Java and SQL.
The ideal candidate will contribute across all stages of development, from initial requirements through deployment and ongoing production support, while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and deliver technical solutions within the IBM TRIRIGA platform, leveraging native tools as well as custom development using Java and SQL
Support the implementation, ongoing maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications and supporting infrastructure
Lead and contribute to development efforts for complex solutions, including coding, testing, deployment, and post-release support
Perform detailed unit testing and assist with broader integration and release validation activities
Develop monitoring and alerting capabilities to ensure application stability and performance in production environments
Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for critical issues affecting complex systems
Ensure applications align with organizational security requirements, including implementing and maintaining appropriate controls and monitoring mechanisms
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the full development lifecycle
Take ownership of moderately complex initiatives and contribute to larger, enterprise-level programs
Analyze and resolve technical challenges spanning application functionality, integrations, and operational processes
Serve as a technical resource and mentor to less experienced team members
Produce and maintain technical documentation, including development artifacts and compliance-related materials required for delivery processes and audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Hands-on experience developing within the IBM TRIRIGA platform, including configuration and customization across multiple modules
Minimum of 2+ years of TRIRIGA development experience using core platform tools
Strong working knowledge of:
Java-based application development
SQL and relational database systems (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)
Application integrations (e.g., APIs, integration frameworks, or similar tools)
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and experience working in iterative development environments
Technical Skill Requirements

IBM TRIRIGA: Intermediate (3–5 years or equivalent experience)
Preferred Experience
Exposure to TRIRIGA functional areas such as:
Capital project management
Facilities and maintenance operations

Experience working with TRIRIGA integration capabilities, including:
Integration objects and data import/export tools
OSLC or similar integration protocols
DataConnect or comparable data processing frameworks
Familiarity with TRIRIGA UX Framework or front-end customization tools
