Power Platform Project Software Engineer III

Work you'll do

As a PROJECT - Software Engineer III on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

• Design, build, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline processes and improve user experience.
• Develop and configure Power Automate workflows to automate manual tasks and integrate business processes across Microsoft 365 and other systems.
• Connect Power Apps solutions to data sources such as SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and external application programming interfaces (APIs).
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize applications for performance, usability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable low-code solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, reviewing solutions, supporting skill development, and promoting delivery of high-quality Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Norfolk, Virginia
• Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
