Lead Facilitator and Project Manager

Work You'll Do

As a Project Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the project, you will:

• Provide Manager-level professional to support modernization of the Logistics IT portfolio.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions to drive alignment, decisions, and actionable outcomes.
• Serve as Scrum Master, supporting Agile ceremonies, team coordination, and removal of delivery impediments.
• Manage project activities including planning, tracking, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret security clearance for this role
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• 5+ years of experience in Logistics IT project management, as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Ability to work on-site in Dayton, OH
