Requirements

The General Maintenance Worker / Facilities & Property Administrator is responsible for:

• Support the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of facilities, grounds, equipment, and training environments. 
• Perform general maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment utilizing practical skills in painting, carpentry, and general labor. 
• Conduct vegetation and brush removal impacting facility use, range operations, and target visibility. 
• Construct, repair, and maintain firing positions, foxholes, electrical target pits, target emplacements, and position markers. 
• Construct wooden target silhouettes and training aids based on military specification data. 
• Support facilities coordination, property upkeep, inventory tracking, supply management, and other operational support functions as assigned. 
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, company, and site-specific safety policies and procedures at all times. 
• Work outdoors in varying and extreme weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, and uneven terrain. 
• Perform duties at heights including towers, platforms, and utility poles when required. 
• Utilize basic computer systems and maintain accurate records or reporting as needed. 
• Work effectively both independently and within a team-oriented environment. 
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime, and mission-driven schedules as needed. 
• Perform additional duties assigned by leadership in support of customer and operational requirements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear appropriate PPE 
• Valid driver’s license  
• Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments 
• Basic computer proficiency and strong teamwork skills
