🚨 Experienced Security Guard- Bilingual English & French - 2 Day Hiring Event - Exclusive Opportunity
Allied Universal is actively recruiting experienced Security Guards, Operators and Supervisors for multiple sites across the Ottawa region.
Candidates are encouraged to attend with an up-to-date resume that clearly reflects relevant experience.
📍 Available Positions
Please review all requirements carefully before applying.
Security Guard (20 openings)
Minimum 6-12 months of Security Guards experience required; strong customer service and communication skills essential.
Operators (10 openings)
Intake, triage and escalation experience for a minimum of 6-12 months. Call Centre experience preferred.
Supervisors (10 openings)
1-2 years experience in a supervisory role/security industry
Successful candidates must be fluent in English & French (written & verbal) and are able to obtain Reliability Clearance (5 years residency in Canada)

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Must be fluent in English & French (written & verbal)
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, monitoring of alarms, biometric security systems and additional devices and sensors related to security
- Call Centre/Dispatch Centre/Emergency Response Centre experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency (incident reporting, access control systems, email)
- Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Physically capable of extended standing, walking, and patrol duties
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Monitor access points and conduct routine patrols
- Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally
- Complete accurate and detailed reports
- Deliver exceptional customer service
