Job Description
This role requires a deep technical expert in the interaction between Windows operating systems, Active Directory domains, and Kerberos authentication environments. Specific application knowledge is not required.
The engineer will act as a lead consultant supporting multiple internal teams, helping document and develop Kerberos adoption strategies while troubleshooting and resolving complex authentication issues.

Key responsibilities include:
- Guide application teams through Kerberos adoption and authentication planning
- Troubleshoot and resolve Kerberos-related authentication issues across enterprise environments
- Serve as the SME for Windows / Active Directory / Kerberos interaction
- Support multiple stakeholders simultaneously in an advisory/consultative capacity
- Provide expertise around authentication flows, protocol exchange, and enterprise identity architecture
Preferred experience:
- Identity providers (IdP)
- Authentication protocols
- DNS
- Certificates / PKI
- TLS
- Protocol exchange troubleshooting
- Enterprise Windows infrastructure environments
