Job Title: SharePoint Administrator (TESA)
Location: Stuttgart, Germany

Job Responsibilities

Trace Systems is looking for a SharePoint Administrator for a SharePoint Online migration in Germany. This position is 6 months long TDY with per diem. This project has an aggressive timeline and success will require top performers in every position.

• SharePoint Migration Duties to include:
  • Planning and Assessment: Evaluate the current environment and create a detailed migration plan that outlines the steps and resources needed for a successful migration.
  • Execution of Migration: Use migration tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, or Microsoft's built-in tools to transfer data, documents, and workflows from older SharePoint versions or other platforms to the new SharePoint environment.
  • Data Integrity and Security: Ensure that data integrity is maintained throughout the migration process and that security protocols are followed to protect sensitive information.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to users.
  • Post-Migration Support: Provide support after the migration is complete, including training users on the new system and addressing any ongoing issues.
• Responsible for implementing SharePoint solutions in accordance with government requirements.
• Collaborates with teams to ensure successful execution of projects aligned with mission objectives .
• Manages and oversees the use of SharePoint to support mission-critical activities.
• Works closely with I T personnel and project leaders to design, plan, and manage long-term mission initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance .
• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required .
• Required certifications include: IAT Level II; for example Security+ or higher
• Must have three or more of:

• Cloud Migration Experience
• Azure/O365 Administration Experience
• SharePoint Migration Experience
• SharePoint/PowerApps Development
• IT Project Management
• Customer Coordination and Communications
• Web testing and validation Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of recent experience, OR An associate's degree plus 7 total years of recent specialized experience, OR eleven (11) total years of recent specialized experience.
