Job Title: Network Engineer

Compensation: $77,600–$176,000 annually

looking for a Network Engineer to help build and support the infrastructure that keeps
critical systems connected and operating at peak performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex networking challenges,
improving enterprise infrastructure, and helping teams stay connected across evolving
environments. You’ll play a key role in designing, upgrading, and supporting enterprise-
wide network systems while partnering with teams to strengthen reliability, security, and
performance across mission-critical operations.
From Cisco infrastructure and wireless environments to modernization initiatives and
network optimization, this is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys both hands-on
troubleshooting and strategic infrastructure planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and support enterprise-wide network infrastructure
across distributed environments
• Administer and maintain Cisco-based network environments including
routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure
• Configure and support Cisco IOS devices and enterprise network equipment
• Support and maintain Cisco technologies including Cisco Identity Services
Engine (ISE), Cisco Catalyst Center, and Cisco Wireless solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network performance and connectivity
issues across enterprise environments
• Analyze existing infrastructure and recommend improvements for scalability,
availability, and security
• Support modernization and optimization efforts for mission-critical network
systems
• Monitor network health and capacity to ensure strong performance and
operational stability
• Participate in network modeling, analysis, and capacity planning initiatives
• Respond to on-call support and emergency network incidents as needed
• Escalate and support resolution of network-related incidents and outages
• Partner with infrastructure and security teams to strengthen network
resilience and support operational goals
• On-call and emergency incident support may be required
Required Qualifications
• Experience with Cisco IOS configuration and administration
• Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Cisco Catalyst Center,
or Cisco Wireless technologies
• Experience with network modeling, analysis, or capacity planning
• Ability to respond to on-call and emergency incidents and support escalation
activities
• Strong troubleshooting skills across enterprise networking environments
• Ability to support mission-critical infrastructure in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED required
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud networking using platforms such as Amazon Web
Services or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with scripting or automation tools such as Python or Ansible
• Knowledge of datacenter infrastructure and virtualization technologies
• Experience with cloud IaaS networking in AWS or Azure environments
• Experience with F5 load balancing technologies
• Knowledge of firewall and network security technologies
• Experience supporting enterprise modernization or infrastructure
transformation initiatives
