Position Summary
Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Test and Evaluation professional, AFLCMC/WN Training Directorate, FMS-Korea F-15 Program, Simulators Division. In this role, the Senior T&E lead provides critical expertise in planning, executing, and assessing the full spectrum of test activities required to deliver high-fidelity, mission-ready training systems to U.S. and partner-nation warfighters.
Responsibilities
Duties includ e, but not limited to:
• Support the design, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of test and evaluation (T&E) activities across all acquisition phases, including applicable FAA certification processes.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, updating, and reviewing test plans, reports, and related documentation for adequacy, requirement compliance, and alignment with mandatory guidance; provide recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the assessment and development of test strategies, objectives, and requirements to ensure technical accuracy, schedule alignment, and cost feasibility.
• Support the identification and analysis of test data requirements needed to meet program objectives.
• Provide recommendations on integrated data processing, software considerations, and analytical approaches related to T&E.
• Prepare, coordinate, and refine detailed test plans, schedules, and cost estimates in support of program objectives.
• Perform trade studies to evaluate alternative test strategies, methods, and approaches.
• Participate in Integrated Test Teams (ITT), Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), and other test-related program events.
• Assess availability and suitability of DoD and civilian test resources, facilities, and instrumentation.
• Monitor, track, and report on system test and evaluation activities at both contractor and Government test locations.
• Perform data analysis using modeling and simulation tools, computer-based models, or other analytical methods.
• Use analytical results to recommend adjustments to testing techniques, procedures, or focus areas requiring further investigation.

Education/Experience:
- Advanced Degree (Master of Arts (MA)/Master of Science (MS)) and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD.
- OR, BA/BS degree, and fifteen (15) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.
- OR, twenty (20) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD.
Technical Skills
- Integrated Test Planning and Execution
Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive test strategies across developmental, operational, and interoperability test phases for complex simulator and training systems. - Simulation Fidelity and Digital Twin Verification
Ability to evaluate aircraft system models, threat environments, and training scenarios to ensure high-accuracy replication of F-15 performance and mission conditions. - Data-Driven Performance Assessment
Skilled in analyzing test data, modeling results, and system performance metrics to provide risk-informed recommendations that support acquisition and modernization decisions. - Systems Integration and Interoperability Testing
Proficiency in assessing integration across subsystems, networks, mission systems, and training architectures to ensure seamless, mission-relevant performance within the F-15 training enterprise.
