JTEC offers competitive compensation and benefits to all employees. Requirements vary by program/position including:
- U.S. citizenship required for all roles
- Current security clearance (interim secret at a minimum required for most roles)
- Bachelor's degree required for some programs; related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to work in a collaborative environment with government and contractor teams
- Recent experience supporting a DoD or IC environment
- Availability to support on-site and hybrid work schedules and varies by program/position
