Description:Operational activities ensuring products are made efficiently, safely, meet stringent quality standards, and stay on schedule. This position will bridge the gap between upper management and the production floor by overseeing budgets, optimizing workflows, and managing personnel. The candidate will also perform delegation activities for the site lead.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of proven, hands-on supervisory experience in a production setting
Demonstrated success in forecasting, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet delivery deadlines.
Deep understanding of quality standards, continuous improvement, and workplace safety
Experience managing project budgets, analyzing cost variances, and monitoring key performance indicators
Strong team-building and conflict-resolution skills
Exceptional verbal and written abilities to communicate objectives
Desired Skills:
Lead Six Sigma Training
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Apriso)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Creating facility layouts for new projects
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
