Role Overview
- The Appian Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications using the Appian low-code platform.
- This role involves translating complex business requirements into technical solutions, leading development best practices, and ensuring high-quality application delivery across the project lifecycle.
- The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Appian development, data modeling, integration, and performance optimization, along with the ability to work independently and guide junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
- Certified Associate Developer (Appian)
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of Appian development and delivery experience
- Strong understanding of Appian architecture and core components
- Candidate must have an Active Secret security clearance.
- Experience with BPM and workflow automation concepts
- Proficiency in relational databases and data modeling
- Experience in designing and deploying Appian applications
