Business Process Analyst needed for contract opportunity with SOC's client to work onsite at Scott AFB, IL.
Contract Length: 6 month contract to hire
**Due to federal requirements, an Active DOW Secret Clearance to be considered for this role.**
The Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Analyst will support the JTMS Program Office in evaluating and modernizing transportation and financial business processes across the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE). The analyst will facilitate stakeholder working groups, assess operational impacts, and develop recommendations supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.

The analyst will facilitate stakeholder working groups, assess operational impacts, and develop recommendations supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and participate in business process re-engineering efforts across transportation and financial mission domains.
- Conduct current-state ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") process analysis.
- Lead stakeholder working groups and collaborative sessions with military services, defense agencies, and mission partners.
- Analyze operational workflows, policies, procedures, and organizational impacts.
- Develop recommendations for process optimization, standardization, and modernization.
- Support development and review of BPR artifacts supporting JTMS implementation.
- Assist with updates to instructions, regulations, policy guidance, and operational procedures.
- Conduct DOTmLPF-P assessments and document impacts to doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, personnel, facilities, and policy.
- Perform comparative analysis against commercial best practices and industry standards.
- Develop process maps, briefing materials, analytical reports, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate with functional, technical, and acquisition teams to align process improvements with system implementation activities.
- Support governance reviews, Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities, and program decision forums.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, Public Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Active Secret Clerance verified in DISS.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience supporting business process analysis or transformation efforts.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and process improvement sessions.
- Experience documenting business processes and operational workflows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of DoD logistics, transportation, or financial management environments.
- Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and documentation.
