Job Description

We are currently seeking an Administrative Project Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer.
The Administrative Project Analyst is responsible for performing tasks with little or no guidance. These tasks include but are not limited to the following:
Functional Description:
· Independently conducting administrative and record-keeping aspects of the operation/program, including calendar support, meeting minutes, and scheduling
· Applying knowledge of office management, methods, and procedures in producing and maintaining documentation, correspondence, records, or directives
· Preparing materials for meetings, etc.; reads regulations and directives and assists in preparing necessary briefing material related to such regulations and directives; prepares reports and summaries; or assists with replies to inquiries; selecting relevant information from a variety of sources such as reports, documents, correspondence, and other offices
· Requesting information from other offices for periodic or special conferences, reports, inquiries, etc. Interprets and adapts guidelines, including unwritten policies, precedents, and practices
· Receive, open as necessary, and review incoming mail, determine proper routing, reroute as needed, sort into action or non-action categories, and file as necessary.
· Route telephone calls and mail by specific name request or by specific functional area.
· Replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from various sources such as reports, documents, correspondence, and other offices
· Maintain, transfer, retire, or purge file systems as required
· Prepare and submit travel request documents in accordance with local, joint, and federal travel regulations
· Review travel claims for regulatory compliance and prepare and submit claims for government official approval
· Update and maintain various tasker and tracking databases
· Update and maintain calendars and schedules
Required Experience:
Minimum Four (4) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Allowable substitutions:
Associate's Degree and Four (4) years of additional experience
or
Six (6) years of experience with no degree.
Desired Experience:
Proficient with Defense Travel System (DTS) to include foreign travel
This role requires in-person support.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance preferred or ability to obtain. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,819.01- $67,228.51 ( annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
