Tria Federal (Tria) is looking for a Staff II Consultant to join our team of dynamic healthcare consulting professionals. Our consultants play a critical role in the continued long-term growth of the company and spend a significant amount of time interacting with clients, coordinating and leading project team members and developing and contributing to work products and contract deliverables. We are looking for candidates who possess a tendency towards action, have innovative ideas, and can anticipate a client's needs to achieve extraordinary results. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at the intersection of healthcare operations, process improvement, and technology-enabled transformation, including the use of emerging tools such as AI, analytics, automation, and low-code platforms to support client objectives.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at the intersection of healthcare operations, process improvement, and technology-enabled transformation, including the use of emerging tools such as AI, analytics, automation, and low-code platforms to support client objectives.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience required, preferably in a federal consulting environment.
- Bachelor's degree required. Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge and a working understanding of business processes and/or operations within the healthcare industry (commercial or federal).
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and produce deliverables in tight time frames.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in leveraging AI, analytics, automation, or digital tools to improve operational effectiveness and client outcomes.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office mastery (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle concepts.
- Familiarity with electronic health records, preferably Oracle Millennium.
Additional Qualifications:
- Successful experience creating professional, executive level products using Microsoft tools.
- Successful experience with professional virtual presentations.
- Successful experience in directly supporting healthcare leaders accomplish their strategic and professional goals.
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field ideal.
- Successful experience leveraging technology to implement process improvement.
- Successful experience translating business needs into clear requirements for technological enhancements.
- Exposure to tools or platforms such as Power BI, Power Platform, SQL, Tableau, Python, or similar analytics and automation technologies preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare data structures, reporting, or operational analytics within EHR or revenue cycle environments preferred.
- Interest in applying AI-enabled tools and automation solutions to improve business processes and client delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to assess a client's organization, strategic goals, governance structure and overall environment to facilitate delivery as well as contract renewals, expansion and new business opportunities.
- Evaluate evolving market trends and technologies to identify impact on client business operations and share knowledge both internally and externally, as appropriate.
- Actively lead project teams, providing strong leadership and feedback regarding work products, client needs and internal deliverables.
- Inform leadership and the client of project status.
- Manage client relationships, including communications, risk mitigation, stakeholder management and strategic development.
- Oversee project resources and identify and bridge any resource gaps.
- Deliver effective internal and external presentations and skillfully facilitate client and internal meetings.
- Ability to meet internal and external deadlines by efficiently managing time, prioritizing tasks and utilizing available resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and operational performance through automation, analytics, or emerging technologies.
- Utilize data-driven insights and digital tools to support strategic decision-making, project execution, and client deliverables.
