The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Integrated Support Planning and Management Specialist in Hazelwood, Missouri. The position supports the F-15 Korea Sustainment Program within the International Government and Defense portfolio. The position aligns with the BGS Engineering capability team, and collaborates closely with Program Management in supporting logistics integration activities. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, eagerness to learn and works well within a collaborative team. The candidate must be able to support multiple projects and deadlines. The selected candidate will be customer-facing and in addition to executing BGS scope, must be capable of building relationships with their external customers while also maintaining close coordination with BDS counterparts and internal customers to ensure a consistent one-Boeing approach.
Position Responsibilities:
The position will support the F-15 Korea Sustainment Program through cross-functional integration within the Boeing Global Services organization. The candidate's primary responsibilities will include:

Position Responsibilities:

- Working integration efforts associated with F-15K Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) transactional spare and repair contracts and potential part obsolescence issues while collaborating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Support Equipment, Retrofit, Provisioning, LSA, and Technical Publications
- The position will be responsible for supporting several meetings with Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) customer on a recurring basis including potential late evening telecons
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for a defense platform (e.g. has experience with one of the following: Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, Facilities & Infrastructure, Retrofit, Provisioning, Supply Chain)
- Experience in Supply Chain
- Experience in identifying and communicating business requirements with cross-functional and/or cross-business teams
- Proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing & able to travel 10% of the time domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or other relevant aircraft sustainment background
- Highly motivated self-starter able to successfully complete fast pace projects
- Experience with foreign customers in a cross-cultural environment a plus
- Experience with the F-15 Fighter is a plus especially aircraft part tracking
