This position is the Associate Manager over the Security Administration teams responsible for Personnel Security and Program Access Request processes, government required reporting and the collateral Classified Material Services office.
The chosen candidate will oversee offices ensuring they are compliant with the 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM Rule and other contractual procedures.
Will liaison with LM Security for special projects and consolidated processes. Will also coordinate employee clearances for new employees, early career, executives and for any issues.
Provide personnel security assistance for the investigations, counterintelligence and Special Access teams.
Will be the Fort Worth Team Lead for Aeronautics process improvement projects and control boards.
Candidate will be responsible for the overall classified material accountability processes and ensure 100% inspection readiness.
Must be able to function independently, as well as, in groups and be able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
Candidate will interface with internal and external customers at all levels within industry and the U.S. government.
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Lead/Supervisory experience.
Must have working knowledge of the DoD Directive 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM Rule.
Thorough understanding of SEAD 3 Reporting Requirements.
Experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Power Point and Excel.
Experience in writing procedural documentation.
Experience providing briefings to large audiences.
Desired Skills:
Be self-driven and results oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape.
Be highly organized and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
