Description:Administrative Assistant to the Aircraft Maintenance Senior Manager for F-35 Flight Test at Nas Pax River. Duties consist of, but are not limited to: screening callers, arranging meetings, managing office mail/e-mail/facsimiles and other correspondence and ensure all correspondence is accurate, complete and properly handled. In addition, maintain calendars, make travel arrangements, expense reports, submitting catering requests, order office supplies and maintain office equipment. Coordinate and prepare gate passes, badges. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding transitional arrangements for new and departing employees. Make all arrangements for on and off-site meetings, teleconferences and conferences, chart/agenda reproduction. Assist with Directorate Communication and Recognition Programs. Provide back up support for other administrative assistants within other departments. Compile PowerPoint sets. Maintain internal and external areas of a SharePoint or other collaborative workspaces. Determine priorities of non-routine situations. This position involves considerable use of tact, initiative, diplomacy, discretion and judgment in performing daily activities. Lesser or ancillary duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience providing Administrative support to teams.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience providing event support, managing email, scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with travel planning and coordination, and submitting expense reports.
- Experience using teleconference and video conference tools.
-Beginner level proficiency using collaborative tools such as Sharepoint, MatterMost, etc.
-Effective organizational skills and strong analysis and attentive to detail skills.
-Demonstrated effective organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
-Experience multi-tasking with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks.
- Managing and coordinating executive visits and tours.
- Leading event (morale) planning.
- Scribe and action officer for special programs such as Culture of Accountability teams.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $43,100 - $76,015. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
