Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Manager to join our team to manage ERP (SAP S/4HANA) business transformation & change management across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement and Finance functions. This role will be responsible for change impact assessment, training program development and management, stakeholder engagement and communications, and business readiness activities to ensure successful user adoption of S/4HANA system and new business processes.

The ideal candidate brings experience in ERP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) transformations, strong stakeholder management skills, operational excellence thinking mindset, and a hands-on approach to leading and managing business transformation and change management for our clients.

Required technical and professional expertise

Change Management
  • Define and execute the end-to-end change management (e.g. CIA, comms, training, stakeholder analysis, etc.)
  • Lead and conduct stakeholder analysis, detailed change impact assessments, business readiness assessments, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with program leadership to integrate change management into S/4HANA implementation lifecycle
  • Facilitate change management workshops, communications, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Drive alignment between business process owners, functional teams, and end users.
  • Develop and drive adoption strategies, embedding change into business processes


Stakeholder Engagement & Communications:
  • Drive alignment across regional/global leaders and business units
  • Facilitate leadership workshops, steering committees, and decision forums
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies and plans


Training
  • Lead the design and delivery of training programs for end-users and leadership
  • Develop training plan and execution across impacted functions.
  • Ensure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback loops, and reinforcement actions.


Business Readiness & Adoption
  • Develop comprehensive change management plans tailored to specific business process changes (e.g., new operational workflows, ERP implementations, or structural changes).
  • Conduct impact assessments (e.g. user role assessment, process gap assessment, system landscape assessment, etc.) to identify potential resistance points, stakeholder impacts, and process gaps.
  • Drive user adoption by designing and facilitating workshops, presentations, and interactive engagement sessions.
  • Lead to design and develop SOP for business to adopt new processes
  • Define and track change KPIs (e.g., adoption rates, user readiness, engagement metrics)
  • Perform change health assessments and continuously refine strategies
  • Identify business readiness gaps and implement mitigation plans
  • Drive post-go-live stabilization and sustainment plans


Value Realisation
  • Create business case for S/4HANA transformation and business outcomes
  • Establish and monitor value realization frameworks linked to business case commitments
  • Define and track transformation KPIs (e.g., process efficiency, adoption rates, cost savings, productivity improvements)
  • Conduct post-go-live assessments to ensure transformation benefits are sustained


Project Delivery Support
  • Work closely with CM, PMO, functional leads, and process owners to ensure alignment across change, training, and deployment plans.
  • Support UAT from a change and training standpoint, including preparing users and capturing training-related issues.
  • Contribute to cutover readiness and hypercare support from an adoption perspective.


Required Experience & Skills
  • 8-10+ years experience in ERP program, change management, communications, training, or organizational readiness, preferably in large-scale ERP programs.
  • Proven regional deployment experiences across multiple countries and business units.
  • Have working experience in consulting companies.
  • Proven SAP S/4HANA experience is mandatory, particularly within Supply Chain and/or Finance modules.
  • Strong understanding in one or multiple business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Manufacture, Record-to-Report, and related S/4HANA functionalities.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in driving business readiness for ERP program, user adoption in transformation programs.
