- Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, program management, subcontract management, finance, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and deliver weekly status reports and monthly executive-level presentations on project performance and risk posture.
- Support full lifecycle hardware activities including design, integration, test, and transition to production as required.
- Drive issue resolution, coordinate cross-functional problem solving, and support configuration and change management for assigned hardware.
- Promote disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and adherence to established processes within the project team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to work onsite full-time at the Sunnyvale, CA facility with limited telework as approved.

Additional Qualifications
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through challenging engineering and/or programmatic issues.

- Demonstrated experience working with external vendors and diverse internal stakeholders in an integrated product environment.
- Proven ability to adapt to new situations and demonstrate self‑initiative in solving complex technical and programmatic problems.

- Experience with Guidance, Navigation, and/or Control (GNC) system hardware.
- Technical experience in full life‑cycle hardware development, including design, integration, test, and transition to production.
- Experience serving as a responsible product engineer (e.g., CPE, RSE, SME).
