Summary
We are seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support the successful execution and delivery of enterprise IT and cyber operations programs within Department of War (DoW) environments. This role assists the Program Manager with operational oversight, resource coordination, service delivery, and customer engagement activities supporting mission-critical systems and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting Federal or DoW IT operations programs and possesses a strong understanding of enterprise support environments, cyber operations processes, and technical service delivery.

Summary
We are seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support the successful execution and delivery of enterprise IT and cyber operations programs within Department of War (DoW) environments. This role assists the Program Manager with operational oversight, resource coordination, service delivery, and customer engagement activities supporting mission-critical systems and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting Federal or DoW IT operations programs and possesses a strong understanding of enterprise support environments, cyber operations processes, and technical service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day contract operations and assist with program execution activities across systems administration, network administration, and service desk environments.
- Assist the Program Manager with resource coordination, staffing activities, workload management, and operational planning.
- Monitor program performance to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with contract requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and subcontractors to support mission objectives and operational priorities.
- Support reporting activities including status updates, metrics collection, risk tracking, and operational briefings.
- Apply knowledge of USCYBERCOM and AFCYBER command and control processes in support of cyber and enterprise IT operations.
- Ensure operational activities align with Department of the Air Force (DAF) cyber enterprise policies and procedures.
- Assist with troubleshooting coordination and operational support for end user devices, enterprise systems, and IT service delivery activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as acting Program Manager when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of federal IT program management experience and a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting IT operations programs within Federal or DoW environments.
- Experience supporting systems administration, network administration, or service desk operations.
- Familiarity with USCYBERCOM and AFCYBER operational processes and enterprise support environments.
- Working knowledge of DAF cyber enterprise policies and operational procedures.
- Understanding of end user device configuration and troubleshooting practices.
- Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility.
- PMP certification - required
- ITILv4 Foundation certification - required
- CISSP or CISM - preferred

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced operational environments.
- Experience coordinating technical teams and supporting Government customers.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT operations, cyber support services, and performance management.
