Operations Analyst III - Active Top Secret Clearance required for this position.
enGenius Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a senior Operations Analyst III to support a prospective Federal Client in Arlington, VA. The role requires individuals who can provide senior-level analytical support to government leadership and serve as subject matter resources across programmatic and financial functions. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
-Serve as a senior analytical resource supporting government leadership across all programmatic, financial, and technical functions.
-Formulate and apply operations research methods, including mathematical modeling, optimization, and quantitative analysis to interpret complex program data and provide actionable recommendations to senior government personnel.
-Lead coordination and management support for large, multi-program efforts requiring sophisticated integration of funding, schedules, technical milestones, and personnel resources.
-Produce and deliver monthly financial execution reports, program budgets, and quarterly review documentation to government-specified formats and within quality standards.
-Draft and refine briefings, trip reports, Program Approval Documents (PADs), PAD amendments, Program Completion Reports, Security Classification Guides, and classified and unclassified Research and Development Descriptive Summaries narratives up to the TS/SCI level.
-Manage the end-to-end administrative and documentation lifecycle for government acquisition activities, including coordination across program managers, contracting offices, and legal counsel to keep solicitations on schedule.
-Establish and maintain communication with internal and external transition partners; document partner requirements and develop recommendations to facilitate technology transition plans.
Experience Required:
-6+ years of experience in operations research, program management, analytical consulting, or a closely related discipline.
-Three (3) years of experience in organizing small meetings and tracking technical and financial milestones.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and provide senior-level analytical and programmatic support to government clients with minimal supervision.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record producing high-quality classified and unclassified deliverables on tight deadlines.
-Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or mathematics required.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-Experience with Research and Development technology transition planning is preferred.
-Experience with Department of War financial management, budget formulation, and program execution tracking, including commitment, obligation, and expenditure monitoring is preferred.

-Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance required.
