Overview
i3 is seeking a Scheduler to support the Endurance Uncrewed Aircraft Systems Product Office. This position will provide schedule development, analysis, integration, and management support for Gray Eagle and Group 4+ Uncrewed Aircraft Systems programs within the UAS Project Management Office.
The Scheduler will support planning, developing, maintaining, analyzing, and presenting integrated project schedules across complex aviation and acquisition efforts. The candidate will perform schedule risk assessments, evaluate schedule progress against established plans, analyze schedule variances, and support critical path analysis to help identify risks, dependencies, and impacts to program execution.
This role includes close coordination with military, government, contractor, and stakeholder teams to gather schedule data, validate schedule inputs, support forecasting efforts, and present clear schedule analysis to leadership and program stakeholders. The candidate will support schedule estimating, schedule prediction analysis, project forecasting, and the development of actionable recommendations to improve schedule performance.
The role requires strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced government program office environment. Familiarity with Department of War, Army Aviation, acquisition, or Uncrewed Aircraft Systems programs and processes is highly desired.
The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The candidate should be able to analyze complex schedule information, identify trends and risks, communicate impacts clearly, and support program leadership in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities
- Support schedule development, analysis, integration, and management for Gray Eagle and Group 4+ UAS programs.
- Plan, develop, maintain, analyze, and present integrated project schedules.
- Perform schedule risk assessments and identify schedule-related risks, dependencies, and impacts.
- Analyze schedule variance and evaluate schedule progress against established plans.
- Conduct critical path analysis and communicate impacts to program stakeholders.
- Support schedule estimating, schedule prediction analysis, and project forecasting activities.
- Gather, validate, and analyze schedule data from military, government, contractor, and stakeholder teams.
- Prepare and present schedule analysis, findings, and recommendations to program leadership.
- Support schedule quality reviews and help ensure schedules align with best practices and program objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support program planning, execution, and reporting requirements.
- Assist in identifying schedule challenges and support practical recommendations for resolution.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic government program office environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years of equivalent experience in schedule development, analysis, integration, and management.
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Project Server, Primavera, or similar scheduling tools.
- Working knowledge of schedule management best practices, including critical path methodology, schedule quality, and schedule execution metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate schedule data, identify trends, and communicate impacts.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with military, government, contractor, and stakeholder personnel.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Department of War or Army Aviation programs and processes.
- Experience supporting a government acquisition, aviation, product office, or program management office environment.
- Experience supporting Uncrewed Aircraft Systems, Gray Eagle, Group 4+ systems, aviation platforms, or related mission systems.
- Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules.
- Experience performing schedule risk assessments, variance analysis, and critical path analysis.
- Experience supporting project forecasting, schedule estimating, and schedule prediction analysis.
- Experience presenting schedule data, risks, and recommendations to government or senior program leadership.
