Job Description
USGI is seeking an Operational Analyst III to provide support that complements the Government's expertise in accomplishing its mission requiring financial management, administrative support, acquisition support, and technical expertise with regard to DARPA and Department of War (DoW) processes and in defense-related science and technologies. This support may include information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, recommendations, training, and services.

Responsibilities
- Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.
- May collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, services, or products.
- May develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or mathematics from a regionally accredited college or university
- Six (6) years of experience in a related field
- Three (3) years of experience in organizing small meetings and tracking technical and financial milestones.
- Experience in operations research which includes assisting in the coordination and management of large organizations that require the effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people by applying analytical methods from mathematics, science and engineering.
- Demonstrated skills in gathering information and applying techniques involving the construction of mathematical models that attempt to describe the system being studied.
- Demonstrated creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in financial, administrative and program management.
- Possess and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance
