Claude CoWork Architect

Job Description:
This role will serve as the technical SME on all things Claude CoWork. This person will be a part of IT’s AI team where they will be responsible for discovery, experimentation, evaluating capabilities, working with users, enablement and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. The ultimate goal of this role is to master Claude CoWork’s capabilities and define the enterprise strategy, governance framework, configurations, and scalable adoption roadmap for client.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing configuration of Claude CoWork.
- Providing Support for installation and user setup.
- Discover and document high value use cases for Claude CoWork.
- Owns facilitation through tool onboarding process including Supply chain risk assessments, ARBs, and other reviews with legal and security.
- Understands federal compliance needs and ensures compliance with all security and legal requirements.
- Serve as a key PoC with Anthropic partner team.
- Continuous Experimentation: Stay at the forefront of Anthropic’s product roadmap, continuously testing new sub-agent capabilities, API integrations, and features to assess their readiness for enterprise deployment.
- Translate technical capabilities and experimental findings into strategic recommendations, capability roadmaps, and executive briefings for senior leadership.
Required Skills:
Advanced Expertise in:
- Agentic AI architectures
- Advanced AI concepts, including MCPs, plugins, and tool-use frameworks.
- Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies.
- Anthropic Claude infrastructure and administration.
- Claude skills development and prompt management best practices.
- LLM model service platforms (e.g., AWS Bedrock).
- Enterprise AI governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
Intermediate Proficiency in:
- Product management practices and cross-functional coordination.
- IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tooling.
- Executive-level presentation development and technical writing.
- Customer support operations and user enablement strategies.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (Intermediate).
- Proficiency with Python or other scripting languages for AI integrations (Intermediate).
- Familiarity with federal compliance requirements and secure cloud environments (e.g., GovCloud) (Intermediate).
