Job Title: RF Engineer Associate – Top Secret Clearance
Location: Littleton, CO
Type of Role: Direct Hire (Full-Time, Onsite)
Shift: 9x80 Schedule (Every other Friday off)
Pay: $68,000-$119,000
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a junior RF Engineer to support advanced space and defense programs within a high-security environment. This role is responsible for RF payload analysis, system design support, and integration activities across the full lifecycle of mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of RF engineering, strong analytical skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting national security initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Perform RF payload analysis across multiple stages of the program lifecycle
• Support system design and architecture for RF payload solutions
• Assist with system integration, testing, and performance optimization
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical anomalies
• Assist in deployment and performance assessment of critical systems
• Collaborate with RF engineers, subsystem teams, and subject matter experts
• Partner with customers and program leadership to support milestones and deliverables
• Perform modeling, trade studies, verification, and calibration analysis
• Support proposal efforts and post-test payload analysis

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Basic Qualifications
• Active Top Secret security clearance required
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Understanding of technical requirements and system-level function allocation
• Experience with MATLAB or other coding/programming tools
Additional Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph preferred
• Experience with RF payloads, subsystems, or system-level analysis
• Ability to perform trade studies and technical requirement analysis
• Experience developing specifications and interface definitions for RF systems
• Familiarity with RF components (antennas, transmitters, receivers, processors)
• Experience with Python programming
• Exposure to AI/ML data analysis techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field
• Ability to work in cross-functional engineering environments
