Description:The F-35 Supplier Quality Integration Strategy Lead reports to the Sr Manager of F-35 Supplier Quality Integration and is part of an organization that ensures product and process quality for over 400 suppliers throughout the world. In this highly visible and business critical role, you will perform the following:
• Drive cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives and data driven strategies that focus on improving supplier quality and performance through a proactive approach
• Collaborate across Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and internal/external customers to address critical quality related issues and ensure quality standards are mature and sustainable
• Ensure rapid containment, accurate root cause and effective communication of critical issues between support functions and customers
To succeed in this role, you must be able to:
• Develop strategies that align industry quality standards with internal and external processes that ensure consistent product quality and risk mitigation from design through manufacturing
• Translate strategic vision into a manageable execution plan with clear objectives and measurable results
• Build a cross-functional network that operates with velocity and accuracy

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
- Proven performance as a project manager, ranging from identifying objectives, developing execution plans and aligning a cross-functional team, to delivering results reflected in effective measures
- Strong communicator that can succinctly deliver a message across all levels of the organization
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
- Ability to perform root cause analysis of complex issues and develop an effective plan for corrective action
- Knowledge of aerospace industry standards AS9100 and/or AS9145
- F-35 manufacturing experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
