• Leading and contributing to the design, development, and implementation of RF and RADAR systems, including signal processing algorithm development and high-fidelity simulation environments

• Conducting RF simulation analysis, antenna test data analysis, and captive flight test performance data analysis to evaluate sensor and system performance

• Developing and optimizing signal processing algorithms for RF applications such as RADAR, wireless communications, and software defined radios (SDR)

• Using MATLAB, Python, and C++ for tool development, scripting, simulation, data analysis, and code review

• Performing RF requirements analyses, executing trade studies, and providing data-driven recommendations during design reviews

• Collaborating with cross-functional and multi-company teams, interfacing with suppliers, partners, and customers to balance competing priorities

• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, analysis packages, validation reports, and lessons-learned documentation

• Managing version-controlled repositories (e.g., GitLab), creating merge requests, and documenting changes

• Preparing status briefs for program leadership and partner contractors, highlighting analysis findings and risk items

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced RF and microwave design professionals and gain exposure to cutting-edge defense technology. Strong career growth and advancement opportunities are available.
